Core Accountabilities:

Partner with architectural teams to formulate ecological, carbon-neutral, and restorative design frameworks.

Direct and synchronize project-specific assessments and performance benchmarking.

Facilitate the application of environmental analytics (covering energy usage, embodied carbon, natural lighting, and thermal regulation) throughout the firm.

Support the execution of Post Occupancy Evaluations once projects are finalized.

Deliver guidance regarding sustainability accreditation and certifications where necessary.

Contribute to the internal Continuing Professional Development (CPD) scheme in alignment with the RIBA syllabus.

Engage in industry gatherings and networking with clients and the wider environmental community.

Support administrative tasks required to uphold ISO 14001 Environmental Management standards.
Candidate Requirements:

Advanced degree in environmental architecture, building services engineering, or a related field.

Thorough understanding of UK Building Regulations, specifically Part L.
