Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Sustainability professional to join our team in Bristol, United Kingdom. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sustainability initiatives that align with our organisation’s goals and values. The ideal candidate will drive positive environmental and social impact while supporting our business objectives.
• Develop and implement comprehensive sustainability strategies across the organisation
• Conduct sustainability assessments and identify areas for improvement in our operations
• Manage and track key performance indicators related to environmental and social impact
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainable practices into business processes
• Create and maintain sustainability reporting in accordance with recognised frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB)
• Engage with stakeholders to communicate sustainability initiatives and progress
• Stay current with environmental regulations and ensure compliance across the organisation
• Lead sustainability-focused projects and initiatives, including carbon footprint reduction efforts
• Provide training and guidance to employees on sustainability best practices
• Represent the organisation at industry events and conferences related to sustainability
