Job Opportunity: Sushi Chef – Hako Sushi (JLT Branch)

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and present sushi and sashimi dishes to the highest standards.
• Maintain quality, freshness, and consistency across all menu items.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness are strictly followed.
• Work closely with the team to introduce seasonal specials and creative dishes.
• Manage ingredients effectively and minimize waste.
Requirements
• 1–3 min. years of experience in sushi preparation or Japanese cuisine.
• Strong knife skills and knowledge of sushi-making techniques.
• Passion for Japanese food and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Candidates with their own visa will have an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,800.00 – AED3,500.00 per month
