Alliance SC Ltd is looking for support workers to support the elderly and young people in their own homes. We recruit and equip staff to go and work with Young People who are in supported living or adult in their own homes. You will have to be a driver with own car, good communicator, high degree of listening skills, ability to de-escalate situations within Young People supported living environments.
