Job Overview:
As a Support Worker, you will provide person-centered care, helping individuals engage in social, community, and daily living activities. Your role includes personal care support, medication administration, meal preparation, and facilitating meaningful experiences to improve quality of life.

Requirements:

• Previous experience supporting individuals with complex needs, mental health, autism, or learning disabilities

• Male or female (female required for this role)

• Driving licence preferred

• Willingness to learn and develop professionally

• Excellent communication skills and team player

• Flexible and adaptable approach
