Job Overview:
As a Support Worker, you’ll help individuals live independently, assisting with daily tasks, social activities, and personal care. No two days are the same, and you’ll build meaningful relationships while supporting clients’ choices and personal growth in a flexible and rewarding role.

Requirements:

• Encourage positive behaviors and build strong relationships

• Support day-to-day tasks including housekeeping, shopping, cooking, personal care, and finances

• Assist with walking, exercise, day trips, meals out, and social activities

• Keep accurate written records using IT systems

• Help clients develop skills for independent living

• Right to work in the UK
