Role Overview

• Position: Support Worker / Care Assistant

• Location: Doncaster, Retford, Birmingham, Derby, Nottingham, London, Wolverhampton, Walsall, Stoke-on-Trent

• Working Hours: Full-time, Part-time, and Relief (flexible)

• Contract: Temporary or Permanent

Responsibilities

• Support clients with daily living activities (housekeeping, cooking, shopping, finances, personal care)

• Encourage independence and informed decision-making

• Assist with physical activity, day trips, and social interaction

• Maintain accurate records using IT systems

• Promote positive behaviors and build strong relationships

• Help clients learn skills for independent living

Requirements

• No prior healthcare experience required; full training provided

• Caring, patient, and ambitious individuals

• Right to work in the UK

• Confidence in using IT systems for record-keeping
