About the Role
As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will play a critical role in our Integrated Business Planning (IBP) cycle, ensuring the seamless flow of life-changing medical devices. This is a high-visibility, fast-paced contract role where you will manage the delicate balance of inbound orders from Europe and outbound consignment stock to hospitals. You will act as the operational engine—transacting in internal systems, maintaining material tables, and liaising across departments to meet strict customer deadlines. We are looking for a diligent, highly numerate professional who can navigate complex supply chain processes with precision while building strong, resilient relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
Roles and Responsibilities

Support the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) team with core Supply Chain activities.

Manage inbound orders from Europe and outbound orders to Hospitals for consignment stock.

Ensure records are kept up to date and correct within Supply Chain processes.

Use internal systems to transact and maintain material tables.

Liaise with all relevant departments across the organisation, including the “Deliver” team, to meet customer deadlines.

Create and build on strong relationships with all stakeholders.

Encompass flexibility to help serve our customers’ needs.

Develop appropriate system and procedure knowledge to respond to issues from external and internal customers.
How to Succeed

Analytical Prowess: Highly numerate with strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.

Communication: Confidence in speaking to a broad range of people; assertive enough to deliver challenging messages.

Technical Savvy: Strong technical skills with Microsoft Excel and enjoyment of computer-based systems. Experience with SAP is a significant plus.
