The scheduling requirements for this role involve availability across the full week:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

We are seeking to fill a 24-hour weekly schedule on a 9-month Fixed-Term basis.

Compensation Rate: £13.86 hourly.

The Role

In this leadership capacity, you will manage the flow of a high-volume trading floor, inspiring and training sales staff to reach their peak productivity while ensuring every guest receives a tailored and meaningful interaction.

Core Responsibilities

Sales Environment

• Conduct morning huddles to communicate daily KPIs and energize the crew to surpass them.

• Foster top-tier service by demonstrating our signature engagement process and meeting performance metrics.

• Execute floor evaluations to grasp the commercial impact on store presentation and merchandising.

• Track output data and implement strategies to ensure collective store victories.

• Resolve significant customer issues that have been redirected to management with poise and empathy.

Individual Productivity

• Strengthen the connection between the brand and the patron through effective query resolution and personalized service tailored to unique client requirements.

• Leverage extensive product expertise and storytelling ability to foster an appreciation for our design heritage, sustainability, and craft.

• Attain and push beyond specific sales goals through strategic engagement techniques like cross-selling and improving average transaction values.

Store Logistics

• Function as a primary key holder, managing all security protocols for opening and closing the premises.

• Handle financial reconciliation and point-of-sale system balancing.

• Support the management group with administrative tasks, including talent acquisition and internal conduct reviews if necessary.

• Help manage stock and promotional shipments, ensuring safe transit to the appropriate storage zones.

• Manage the checkout systems, processing various financial transactions and addressing escalated team concerns.

• Maintain high situational awareness to ensure a secure environment for all visitors and staff members.
