Candidate Requirements

Experience & Education

Skills & Physical Requirements

• Soft Skills: Sales-obsessed, empathetic (especially with young piercing customers), and strong communication skills.

• Math Skills: Strong grasp of mathematics for inventory, cash handling, and sales analysis.

• Physical Ability: Must be able to stand for full shifts, climb ladders, and lift/maneuver 11–35kg (25–75lbs).

• Independence: Must be comfortable working alone at times.
