Job Description

Part-time Supervisor/Manager drives sales, manages store operations, leads teams, maintains displays, ensures customer satisfaction, and oversees piercing services.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets through excellent customer experiences and upselling

• Conduct piercings and educate customers on aftercare while maintaining safety standards

• Maintain store appearance with organized inventory and visual merchandising

• Support and motivate team members, sharing sales tips and fostering positive environment

• Oversee store operations, including cash handling, inventory management, and promotions

• Encourage customers to showcase purchases on social media

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum one year retail experience, preferably with leadership responsibility

• Ability to conduct piercings and provide empathetic customer service

• Proficient in POS systems, sales analysis, and inventory management

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Physically able to stand, lift 11–35kg, bend, stoop, reach, and climb

• Passion for fashion trends and self-expression

• Organized, self-motivated, and a team player
