Job Description

Part-time Supervisors/Managers lead sales, customer service, store operations, and team motivation, ensuring excellent shopping experiences and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by upselling accessories and promoting offers

• Conduct piercings and provide guidance on aftercare

• Maintain visual merchandising, store displays, and inventory organization

• Motivate and support team members to meet sales targets

• Handle store operations including POS transactions and cash management

Requirements

• Physically able to handle merchandise (11–35kg) and perform tasks like bending, stooping, and reaching
