Job Description

The Supervisor/Manager leads store operations, drives sales, motivates the team, oversees merchandising, and ensures excellent customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and meet store targets through upselling and promotions

• Conduct piercings and educate customers on aftercare

• Maintain store displays, inventory, and an organized layout

• Support Store Manager by motivating and coaching team members

• Oversee store operations, including cash handling and merchandising

• Ensure high standards in visual merchandising, inventory, and customer service

• Promote social media engagement and brand representation

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail experience, ideally with supervisory responsibilities

• Ability to perform piercings and maintain sterile environment

• Proficiency with POS systems for transactions and sales management

• Strong communication, organizational, and team leadership skills

• Physically able to stand, lift 11–35kg, bend, stoop, and use ladders

• Passion for fashion, trends, and delivering exceptional customer service

• Self-motivated, flexible, and able to work independently when needed
