About the Role

In this position, you will be the primary point of support for students navigating personal, social, or emotional challenges, ensuring they have access to a high-quality, confidential counselling service. While the role starts at 7.5 hours per week (one day), we offer flexibility for additional days as the needs of our large student body evolve. You will join a team that is deeply committed to safeguarding and inclusive practices, operating under the Sixth Form Colleges’ Association salary scale.
