SPH Project Assistant

BG8 £29064-£31022 (pro rata for part time)

22.5 hours / 3 days per week, ideally spread over the week. To start as soon as possible until March 2029. This is an all year-round contract with 25 days holiday (pro rata for part time)

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced or ambitious administrator to join our happy and busy team, working for an outstanding early years teaching hub.

Bristol Early Years Teaching Hub (BEYTH), has been offering high quality professional learning and development for many years. Since 2022 we have been funded by the DFE as an early years Stronger Practice Hub, offering evidence-based CPD, developing professional networks, sharing best practice via a number of mediums, and supporting early years providers and workers across our SPH region in the South West.

There is never a dull day here, we are constantly thinking of new ways we can engage and support the sector, adapting and developing what we do, responding to our community and collaborating with partners.

We are seeking to appoint a team member who:

· Has excellent interpersonal and communication skills

· Is highly organised and able to complete tasks effectively

· Is able to efficiently plan and prioritise workload

· Is IT literate and has a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office

· Is able to work with social networking for marketing and publicity purposes

· Is able to co-ordinate activities and liaise with different parties to complete tasks or achieve a goal

· Shows initiative and a can-do attitude

· Has attention to detail and can keep up-to-date data

· Has an interest in supporting the early years sector
