Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing diverse stakeholders and mentoring junior staff.
-
A proactive, professional mindset with a commitment to integrity and high standards of client care.
This hybrid role offers a competitive salary of £45,000 – £50,000 plus bonus, requiring three days a week in the Bristol office. Joining this global practice means becoming part of a culture that deeply values diversity and inclusion. In the UK legal sector, while diversity is improving, representation varies; for instance, recent industry data indicates that approximately 19% of lawyers are from Black, Asian, and minority ethnic backgrounds, though they remain underrepresented in senior partnership roles. Our client is committed to challenging these assumptions and welcomes applicants from all social backgrounds, ethnicities, and gender identities to help build a more representative future for legal consulting.
