A leading global consulting group is seeking a high-caliber Strategy Consultant to join its world-class Legal Management Consulting practice in Bristol. You will act as a strategic advisor to law firms and in-house legal departments, helping them navigate the complexities of modernizing their operating models. From improving process efficiency to the responsible integration of GenAI, you will be at the forefront of a sector undergoing rapid transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Delivery Excellence: Deliver complex engagements that exceed client expectations and meet strategic objectives.

• Consulting Management: Lead specialist teams across workstreams involving operating models, people, and technology change.

• Stakeholder Management: Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and manage project communications.

• Team Development: Supervise and mentor diverse teams, fostering an inclusive culture and supporting junior colleagues.

• Market Growth: Contribute to business development and the evolution of new service offerings as the practice expands.

Skills & Attributes

• Degree or equivalent; professional certifications (Prince2, Lean Six Sigma, or Prosci) are highly advantageous.

• Proven expertise in legal operations, contract management, or complex transformation projects.

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis, budget management, and MS Office.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing diverse stakeholders and mentoring junior staff.

• A proactive, professional mindset with a commitment to integrity and high standards of client care.

This hybrid role offers a competitive salary of £45,000 – £50,000 plus bonus, requiring three days a week in the Bristol office.
