Blackbaud is looking for a high-energy sales professional to join their Corporate Impact team. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding the reach of YourCause—a premier technology solution that powers corporate giving, grantmaking, and employee engagement. Backed by the household name JustGiving in the UK, you will partner with CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) leaders to help them scale their social missions. Requirements and Skills

  • Experience: Proven track record in software sales (SaaS), corporate partnerships, or a senior CSR role.

  • Business Development: Demonstrated ability to qualify, pursue, and close new business opportunities while consistently exceeding targets.

  • Domain Knowledge: Understanding of employee giving, volunteerism, or grantmaking programmes is a significant plus.

  • Communication: Exceptional presentation skills, capable of delivering ROI-focused proposals to C-suite and CSR decision-makers.

  • Mindset: Goal-oriented, independent, and energetic with excellent time-management skills.

Role Overview

As the Strategic Partnerships Lead, you act as the primary catalyst for growth in the UK and European markets. This is an independent, high-impact sales role where you will manage the full “top-to-bottom” sales cycle. You will spend your time networking with CSR leaders, understanding their unique engagement challenges, and demonstrating how the YourCause platform can streamline their operations and measure their real-world impact. Collaboration is key; you will work across Blackbaud’s global teams to ensure that the solutions you sell are delivered with excellence.


Key Responsibilities

  • New Business Acquisition: Drive the sales process for YourCause CSR solutions, from initial prospecting to closing the deal.

  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture a pipeline of high-level decision-makers within the CSR and social impact space.

  • Value Proposition: Craft and deliver compelling proposals that highlight the Return on Investment (ROI) and social value of Blackbaud’s tech suite.

  • Pipeline Accuracy: Maintain meticulous records of sales forecasts and activity to ensure consistent target attainment.

  • Market Insight: Stay at the forefront of CSR trends and employee engagement shifts to act as a thought leader for your clients.
