Job Overview:
As a Part-Time Strategic Health & Wellbeing Advisor, you will deliver occupational health services, collaborate with teams across multiple sites, and support mental and physical health initiatives. Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with occupational health experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of mental and physical health initiatives

• Ability to work across multiple sites and with diverse teams

• Commitment to employee wellbeing and organisational health strategy

Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational health assessments and advice

• Collaborate with teams to support health and wellbeing initiatives

• Promote mental and physical health programs for staff

• Monitor and evaluate employee health programs and make recommendations

• Support HR and management with wellbeing strategy implementation
