Key Communications Role
We are seeking a skilled communicator to join our team as we embark on an exciting journey to drive engagement across multiple channels for the UK glass industry.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing effective communications strategies, crafting engaging content, and supporting paid campaigns. As part of our collaborative team, you will work closely with
colleagues to deliver resources and publications that meet brand standards and are effectively distributed and promoted.Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement content strategies that align with business objectives
• Create engaging posts for social media platforms and draft content for web news/comment pieces
• Work with colleagues to produce resources/publications that meet brand standards
• Measure and report on the impact of communications campaigns using analytics
• Support corporate events and training days by providing promotional materials and collateral
• Liaise with media outlets, individuals, and other organisations
Requirements:
• Proven experience in delivering campaigns across digital channels
• More than three years’ experience in a similar role, either in-house or agency
• Excellent writing skills for marketing collateral, editorial, and information pieces
• CIM/CIPR or equivalent qualification in marketing, PR, or communications (desired)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
• Experience with digital tools including CRM systems, social media scheduling, design software, and email marketing
