The Store Manager ensures smooth daily store operations, leads staff, maintains brand standards, delivers excellent customer service, and drives commercial success.


Core Information

Role Overview

  • Lead the Nottingham store’s operations and commercial performance

  • Manage, motivate, and train staff to exceed targets

  • Maintain brand image and visual merchandising standards

  • Ensure high cleanliness, hygiene, and health & safety compliance

Responsibilities

  • Create welcoming environment for customers

  • Deliver outstanding customer service

  • Supervise stock room and manage deliveries

  • Conduct staff training and monitor store procedures

  • Maintain team spirit and productivity

  • Perform weekly/monthly safety checks

  • Delegate tasks and monitor store figures

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years retail management experience

  • Proven leadership and team management skills

  • Ability to maintain visual merchandising and store standards

  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills

  • Eligible to work in the United Kingdom
