Job Overview
As a Store Crew Retail Sales Associate, you’ll work the till, process fuel transactions, prepare food in some roles, clean and stock the store, and keep customers smiling. With full training provided, you’ll build skills in cash handling, customer service and food safety on flexible full or part-time shifts.

Responsibilities
• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, efficient service on every visit
• Operate the till accurately and handle cash, card and fuel transactions
• Prepare basic food and hot drinks, following food safety standards
• Restock shelves, chillers and displays to keep the store customer ready
• Maintain a clean, safe environment through regular cleaning tasks
• Promote and explain loyalty or rewards programmes to customers
• Follow health code and safety guidelines at all times
• Perform repeated bending, standing, reaching and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds

Requirements
• Desire to meet and exceed customer expectations on every visit
• Positive attitude, team mindset and willingness to learn
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, welcoming store
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Physically able to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights
• Comfortable working with fuel transactions and basic food preparation
• Previous cashier, retail, customer service or foodservice experience helpful but not required
