Job Overview:

As a Store Colleague, you will provide exceptional customer service, support daily store operations, and contribute to maintaining high standards of pet care. This role involves building strong relationships with customers, assisting with sales, and working collaboratively with the team.

Requirements:

• Passion for pets and customer service

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Eagerness to learn and develop professionally

• Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and some bank holidays
