Key Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, professional, and engaging customer service

• Drive sales performance through product knowledge, upselling, and add-on sales

• Maintain high visual merchandising and shop floor standards

• Accurately process transactions, including cash and card payments

• Replenish stock and keep displays organised and appealing

• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues effectively

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve store KPIs

Performance Objectives

• Support achievement of monthly store sales targets

• Contribute to KPIs including conversion, ATV, UPT, and units sold

• Maintain strong customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Score

• Ensure consistent stock availability on the shop floor

Skills & Experience

• Positive attitude in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Confidence engaging with customers and promoting products

• Willingness to learn new skills and develop a retail career

• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
