Position: Stock Associate (Part-Time)
Location: Greater London

Join the Retail team as a Store Operations Assistant. You will be responsible for ensuring all daily operational tasks are executed to the highest standard, supporting the store in achieving targets through operational excellence and efficiency. This role focuses on stock management and smooth store operations.

Ideal candidates have previous stockroom experience, ideally in premium or luxury retail, excellent attention to detail, and strong communication skills. You should be comfortable working independently as well as part of a team and possess a commercial approach to daily store operations.

Key responsibilities include processing stock deliveries, ensuring items are pre-retailed to the highest standard, prioritising new lines and replenishments on the shop floor, managing timely stock replenishment, processing stock recalls back to the warehouse, preparing Fulfil From Store picks for collection, completing daily inventory scans, supporting Collect In Store parcel audits, handling faulty stock, and maintaining stockroom standards, organisation, and cleanliness.
