This role, offering a salary between £75,000 and £80,000, is primarily remote with occasional site visits. You will be a key player in modernizing systems and refining engineering practices alongside a group of elite architects and testers. As a senior technical lead, you will maintain a heavy hands-on presence, spending roughly 70–80% of your time coding and building. The remainder of your energy will be dedicated to unblocking delivery pipelines, mentoring fellow engineers, and shaping the architectural future of the organization.
