• Act as a primary nurse of care for allocated residents by planning, assessing and evaluating residents programs of care.
• Prepare for and participate in rounds and hand over meetings.
• Ensure a high standard of nursing in the application of clinical nursing procedures and treatments
• Adhere to medicines management requirements including storage and administration of medicines; ensuring prescriptions and forms are in date and meet professional standards
• Ensure patients are aware of their rights and these are maintained and protected as required by legislation.
• Follow all policy, procedures and protocols.
• Complete all relevant documentation for residents as directed by Clinical Lead.
• Provide support for resident in all aspects of their care and treatment
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 per week
