Sr. Support Engineer with HCL Commerce
In this role, you will provide advanced, tier-three style support, moving beyond basic troubleshooting to tackle the most intricate architectural challenges of the HCL Commerce platform. You will be responsible for deep-dive root cause analysis and proactive performance optimization to ensure that high-traffic commerce environments remain resilient. Working closely with global clients, you will act as a trusted advisor, translating technical complexities into clear, documented solutions while managing the stability of cloud-integrated commerce infrastructures.
Required Skills:
