1:1 Nursery Support Role
We are seeking an experienced and qualified professional to work on a part-time basis in a one-to-one capacity with a three-year-old child who has mobility issues.
The successful candidate will provide support and care to the child, promoting their independence and confidence. This role requires a high level of emotional intelligence, empathy, and patience.
Key Responsib
• Providing individualized support to enhance the child’s overall development
• Developing and implementing personalized plans to meet the child’s unique needs
• Establishing strong relationships with parents and other professionals involved in the child’s care
• Contributing to a collaborative team environment that prioritizes the well-being and safety of all children
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. They will be confident in providing personal care when necessary and have experience working with children with special educational needs.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
• UK Level 3 minimum qualification in childcare or early years education
• Sound knowledge of the EYFS national curriculum
• Proven ability to work effectively with children who require additional support
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
