What You’ll Bring
• A genuine passion for food and hospitality
• Proven experience in a similar role or ready to take the next step from Junior Sous
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to support the Head Chef in leading a small, dedicated team
• High standards in food prep, presentation, and hygiene
• A creative flair with the confidence to contribute ideas to seasonal menus
