About the Role

This is a robust, full-time “in-person” position involving a wide variety of outdoor tasks. You will be responsible for all aspects of soft landscaping and grounds maintenance, ensuring that every site meets our high standards of aesthetic and functional quality. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys physical work, operates machinery with precision, and thrives in a fast-paced, growing business environment.

Requirements

• CSCS Card: You must have a valid CSCS card to be considered.

• Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in all aspects of soft landscaping & ground maintenance is required.

• On-Site Knowledge: Previous experience working on-site is essential.

• Machinery: You must have experience in the use of petrol mowers, strimmers, hedge cutters, scags, etc.

• Driving License: A full clean driving license is beneficial but not essential.
