Skills and experience we are looking for

  • Experience within the Telecommunication industry and Account Management

  • A strong commercial acumen and an understanding of revenue forecasting and attrition management.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to customers and internal stakeholders alike.

  • A solid understanding of the technology within our portfolio is preferred e.g. SD WAN, Cisco Meraki, hosted telephony solutions etc.

Your mission will involve working “high and wide” across your accounts—engaging everyone from C-suite executives to operational leads to uncover new opportunities. You will serve as a trusted advisor, cross-selling our full suite of products including SD-WAN and hosted telephony while proactively mitigating churn.
