Site Supervisor – Fit out

Job description

Supervise and manage daily site operations for fit-out projects (e.g., partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, MEP finishes).Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and labor resources.Ensure all work is executed in accordance with drawings, specifications, and approved shop drawings.Inspect ongoing work to ensure quality standards are met.Ensure adherence to project specifications, safety standards, and local building codes.Enforce compliance with company HSE policies and procedures.Conduct toolbox talks and safety inductions for workers and subcontractors.Report and address safety incidents, hazards, or near-misses immediately.Assist the Project Manager in developing short-term programs and lookahead schedules. 4+ years experience in interior fit-out or finishing works, including recreational, and hospitality projects.
