Job Description

SIA Security – Rochester, Kent

Haven Kent Coast, formerly Allhallows, is seeking a part-time Security Team Member with a valid SIA Door Supervisor (DS) license. You will be part of a 24-hour security operation ensuring a safe, relaxed, and enjoyable environment for guests, owners, and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patrol and monitor the holiday park to ensure safety and security for guests, owners, and team.

• Manage park access, allowing only authorised guests or owners.

• Respond promptly and professionally to security-related incidents, including medical emergencies and alarms.

• Maintain accurate records of incidents and report to management.

• Provide friendly guest assistance and information.

• Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment.

Requirements:

• Valid SIA Door Supervisor (DS) license.

• Previous security experience preferred, especially in hospitality or leisure.

• Strong communication skills; calm and professional under pressure.

• Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.

• Flexible to work nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
