Job Overview:
As an SIA Door Supervisor, you will manage access, enforce safety regulations, and support crowd control at major events including football matches, concerts, and festivals. This part-time, casual role allows flexible shifts across Leicester and the Midlands, with occasional travel to other venues.

Requirements:

• Valid SIA Door Supervisor badge

• Previous customer service experience

• Strong verbal and written English

• Ability to remain calm under pressure

• Over 18 years of age

Responsibilities:

• Welcome visitors and manage entry points

• Conduct bag searches and access checks

• Maintain safety and security of patrons

• Assist with evacuations and crowd management

• Provide customer service and event information

• Prevent unsafe behaviour such as standing in restricted areas, smoking, or alcohol violations

• Support VIP, hospitality, and traffic management teams

• Communicate relevant information to the security team
