Job Overview
As an SIA Door Supervisor, you will work casual shifts at high-profile venues including Premier League and EFL grounds, race circuits and festivals. You will welcome visitors, conduct searches, manage access, enforce venue rules and support evacuations, acting as the eyes and ears of the safety team throughout each event.

Responsibilities
• Welcome visitors and provide clear information about the event
• Search bags and persons before entry, tagging checked bags
• Control access to VIP, player and hospitality areas
• Prevent unsafe behaviour, including pitch incursions, smoking or vaping in restricted areas and standing in non-safe zones
• Assist with evacuations, ejections and clearing closed areas
• Provide calm, clear security-related communication to the public
• Help direct foot traffic and support smooth crowd movement
• Report concerns promptly to the safety and management team
• Support other teams when needed, including stewarding, traffic and car parks

Requirements
• Valid SIA Door Supervisor badge (essential)
• Previous customer service experience
• Good level of verbal and written English
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
• Confident dealing with confrontational or challenging behaviour
• Over 18 years of age due to the nature of the role
• Flexible to work early or late shifts on an event basis
