Job Overview
As a Part-Time Sales Advisor, you will work 8 hours per week in the H&M Coventry store, putting customers first, promoting campaigns and sharing fashion knowledge. You’ll support sales and profit goals with a collaborative team, keeping the shop floor welcoming, inspiring and safe while living H&M’s values every shift.

Responsibilities
• Put customers first, creating an exceptional in-store shopping experience
• Inspire customers by promoting campaigns, offers and activities
• Share product and fashion knowledge with confidence and curiosity
• Contribute to achieving sales and profit goals in the store
• Maintain a tidy, safe, well-presented sales floor and fitting rooms
• Follow health and safety routines to protect colleagues and customers
• Give and receive honest feedback to support your own and colleagues’ growth

Requirements
• Availability for two fully flexible days per week, including weekends
• Genuine interest in people, fashion and H&M’s brand values
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
• Willingness to follow routines and put customers at the heart of decisions
• Right to work in the United Kingdom (no sponsorship available under the skilled worker route)
