Job description
We are looking for a Shipping & Clearance Coordinator to handle our import and export operations. This role invloes full responsibilty for moving containers and ISO tanks, managing customs formalities, and liasing with shipping lines, port authorities, and frieght forwarders.
Key Responsibilties:
• Manage shipping and port clearance for import/export cargo.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, forwa
• Prepare and review shipping documentation.
• Track containers from port to facility and arrange timely delivery.
• Handle customs duty, port charges, and other realted payments.
Skills
• Proven experience in shipping and clearance within the UAE (Jebel Ali & Hamriyah Free Zone preferred).
• Knowledge of international shipping procedures and Incoterms.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
