Job Overview
As a Shift Supervisor at Coventry Tile Hill, you’ll collaborate with the Store Manager to lead shifts, set priorities, delegate tasks and coach partners on bar and floor. You’ll solve problems in the moment, uphold operational standards, drive store performance and make sure every drink, interaction and environment reflects Starbucks’ values.

Responsibilities
• Lead great shifts alongside the Store Manager, keeping partners and customers at the centre
• Set priorities, allocate roles and delegate tasks using store tools and resources
• Inspire, coach and support partners, sharing best practice in real-time teachable moments
• Maintain drink, food and service quality to Starbucks recipe and presentation standards
• Execute opening and closing duties and daily store operations
• Anticipate, address and resolve issues to optimise the customer experience
• Ensure adherence to cash handling, safety, security and operational policies
• Uphold health, safety and sanitation guidelines at all times

Requirements
• Previous coaching or supervisory experience in a customer-facing role
• Experience leading operations in retail or hospitality is highly beneficial
• Strong communication, relationship-building and problem-solving skills
• Ability to motivate and develop a diverse team in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
