What you’ll do

• Friendly and thoughtful service youll put customers first in everything you do: responding to queries, championing Co-op products and Membership, and doing all you can to deliver a great shopping experience

• Work together to make everyone’s day better supporting your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members

• Make sure the store safe and legal keep the shelves stocked and make sure prices, dates, and temperatures are all as they should be

• Help introduce new products and services make changes feel natural, sharing experiences with your colleagues so everyone learns together

• Support your local community get involved in all kinds of activities and events!

About the Role

In this dynamic store-based position, you will be the face of Co-op, ensuring every customer enjoys a seamless shopping experience. Your responsibilities will span from providing efficient service on the tills to maintaining a safe, well-stocked shop floor and participating in local community events. You will work 18 hours per week across a variety of evening and weekend shifts, with rotas provided three weeks in advance.
