A premier Bristol-based consultancy is looking for a proactive Service Delivery Lead to take ownership of a rapidly expanding service line. This is a high-impact “make your mark” role where you will bridge the gap between technical SecOps excellence and elite client delivery. You will be responsible for the health and evolution of the service, ensuring that our technical teams are organized and our clients receive world-class security insights. Requirements, qualifications and Skills

• Strong experience in a client-facing technical environment (such as a consultancy, MSP, SI, or SaaS product company).

• Some experience of SIEM/Threat Modeling (Splunk, Cribl, SIEM, or Observability).

• Experience managing projects or workflows in JIRA is essential.

• Experience establishing or refining an Operational Model (Incident/Problem management, shift rotations, on-call policies).

• Knowledge of ITIL or similar service management frameworks (practical application preferred over rigid adherence).

• Familiarity with data/telemetry pipelines (e.g., Cribl, OpenTelemetry) or Security Operations (SecOps) would be advantageous.

This position requires a presence in our Bristol office three days a week, fostering a collaborative culture while maintaining a flexible hybrid balance. You will lead the charge in establishing robust incident and problem management workflows and optimizing on-call policies to ensure service resilience. As the primary lead for this service, you will leverage your expertise in JIRA and SIEM technologies to manage complex technical workstreams and drive measurable outcomes for our diverse client base.
