Experience & Qualifications Required

Industry Experience: Minimum of 12 months experience as a Service Advisor in the Motor Trade.
Systems Knowledge: Experience with Kerridge or Pinnacle DMS is highly desirable.
Background: Experience in a franchised dealer environment is preferred.
Licensing: Must hold a Full UK Driving Licence.
Credibility: Excellent professional references are essential.

About the Role

As a Service Advisor, you are the central link between the customer and the workshop. You will manage the customer’s entire aftersales journey, from initial booking and vehicle drop-off to final handover.

Your day will involve processing repair orders, providing accurate quotes for additional work identified during Vehicle Health Checks (VHC), and ensuring all manufacturer guidelines are met.

Using Dealer Management Systems (DMS) like Kerridge or Pinnacle, you will track vehicle progress in real-time, keeping customers informed and ensuring that workshop efficiency remains high. This is a fast-paced environment where your ability to multi-task and provide exceptional customer service will be the key to your success.
