Requirements and Skills

Previous work experience as a Server/Waiter/Waitress – at least 1 year minimum, in a high volume restaurant environment, following detailed steps of service (including Allergen procedures) and managing a busy section.

Role Overview
Joining the Front of House team as a Server, you will be the face of “Seva” (selfless service), ensuring every guest feels an instant, warm welcome. You will act as a guide through the flavors of Bombay, maintaining expert knowledge of the menu—from small plates to signature curries—while managing a fast-paced section with precision. Your focus will be on seamless communication and execution, ensuring that steps of service are followed perfectly so that nothing is missed, all while contributing to a team culture that values development and promotes internal talent into future leadership roles.
