Job Overview

We are seeking a senior professional to lead our university pathway development and student recruitment initiatives. This key role will be responsible for expanding our network of university partners, securing new recruitment agency partnerships, and developing effective marketing strategies to drive student enrollment.

About the Role

The Head of Partner Development and Pathway Recruitment will play a crucial part in shaping our university pathway program. Key responsibilities include:
• Strategic Planning & Feasibility: Conduct market analysis, identify key recruitment sources and destinations, expand our partner network, and establish strong relationships with current and future university partners.
• Project & Budget Management: Create comprehensive plans, manage projects, ensure compliance with regulatory approvals and accreditations, and establish clear KPIs for effective monitoring.
• Staffing & Team Development: Contribute to staff recruitment, training, and induction, establish performance review timelines, conduct regular check-ins, and coordinate professional development workshops.
• Marketing & Recruitment Collaboration: Work with marketing and recruitment teams to produce promotional materials, support agent engagement strategies, and provide regular recruitment updates.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:
• Experience in university partnership liaison, international education, or related fields.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• A proven track record of launching new programs, leading large-scale student recruitment initiatives, and influencing internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks effectively and adapting to change.
