Senior Travel Consultant

Key Responsibilities:
• Book travel itineraries for clients, including flights, tours, cruises, etc.
• Handle face-to-face and phone customer enquiries regarding travel.
• Maintain and manage social media accounts and respond to customer messages (e.g., WhatsApp, Facebook, WeChat, Xiaohongshu).
• Build and nurture relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Support team members when necessary and contribute towards achieving team file count targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by paying close attention to details on all enquiries.
• Manage your own client accounts and occasionally assist with others.
• Be adaptable and willing to assist with various tasks in the office.
• Maintain a positive, respectful work environment and be considerate of your colleagues’ time and tasks.
• Communicate effectively, asking for help when needed to ensure a collaborative team atmosphere.

Qualifications & Skills Required:
• Fluency in Chinese/Cantonese and English (both written and spoken).
• Confident in using GDS/NDC systems (experience with Amadeus/1A is preferred).
• Previous ticketing experience on GDS is essential.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage client accounts.
• Experience in customer service, with a keen eye for detail.
