Position: Senior Support Worker (Part-Time)
Location: Kingshill Court, Wigan, WN6 0AR

Making Space Charity is seeking a compassionate and experienced Senior Support Worker to join our team at Kingshill Court in Wigan. This part-time role (32 hours per week) offers a salary of £13.35 per hour and includes sleep-in cover. Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and delegate tasks to support staff to ensure high-quality, values-based care

  • Support adults with various conditions through person-centred approaches

  • Follow individual care plans, administer medication, and assist with daily living tasks

  • Facilitate access to the community and support domestic activities such as shopping

  • Ensure compliance with all safeguarding policies and maintain accurate records

Requirements:
