Experience: Minimum 3-4 years on the position
Cuisine: Strong knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine
What’s this role about?
You’ll be responsible for coordinating the kitchen flow, ensuring smooth service, and making/controlling standards of the company
What you’ll be doing:
– Planning and arrangement kitchen team
-Planning of Vacation for BOH team
– Following seasonal menu recipes
– Keeping your attention for hygiene standards
– Ensuring food quality and presentation are always at their best
– inventory, stock levels and par control
– Gathering guest feedback and contributing to continuous improvement
– Educate how to Treating kitchen equipment like a pro to avoid downtime
– Working within a supportive, fast-paced kitchen schedule
– Wastages controller
– Communication with supplier
-Take care of food cost
-Take care of knowledge of staff
Who you are:
Previous experience as sous chef(ready to grow up) 5 years or head chef (minimum 2 years)
Fluent in English, Russian or Arabic language will be good for you.
Confident with multitask — even in short time
A team player with ambition, precision and a high sense of responsibility. Knowledge of allergens and kitchen safety rules. Curiosity about new things, proactive in suggesting new ideas, participation in seasonal menu updates, participation in tasting sessions, participation in photo shoots.
Positive attitude, practical approach and desire for the company’s growth.
