A global leader in analytics solutions is looking for a strategic and results-driven Senior Renewals Specialist to join their team in a high-impact hybrid role. About the Role

As a Senior Renewals Specialist, you will be the primary architect of the renewal journey for our DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and English-speaking markets. You aren’t just processing contracts; you are managing the health and longevity of our most valuable customer relationships. You will analyze usage data to identify at-risk accounts, navigate complex commercial negotiations, and ensure that every customer continues to see a clear return on investment (ROI) from our analytics platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Portfolio Management: Owning the end-to-end renewal cycle for a dedicated portfolio of B2B SaaS accounts.

  • Churn Mitigation: Proactively identifying “red flag” accounts and developing strategic “save” plans to reduce churn.

  • Commercial Negotiation: Leading contract discussions, navigating price increases, and ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.

  • Collaboration: Partnering with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and Account Executives to ensure a unified approach to account growth.

  • Forecasting: Providing accurate monthly and quarterly renewal forecasts to senior leadership based on real-time portfolio data.

  • Value Delivery: Using product analytics to demonstrate ongoing value to key stakeholders during the renewal conversation.

Requirements

  • Languages: Native-level or fluent German (C1/C2) and professional fluency in English.

  • Experience: 3+ years in a Renewals, Account Management, or Customer Success role within the B2B SaaS industry.

  • Track Record: Proven ability to meet or exceed Net Retention Revenue (NRR) targets and significantly reduce churn.

  • Communication: Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.

  • Technical Savvy: Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and a strong understanding of analytics software or data-driven environments.
