Reliability Engineer
We are looking for a reliability expert to join our team in Birmingham. As a reliability engineer, you will be responsible for owning the reliability strategy and driving root cause investigations.

About the Role

• Driving root cause investigations and 8D reporting for reliability and field performance issues
• Managing FMEA and FRACAS processes to identify risks and embed lessons learned
Key Responsibilities
• Developing and tracking reliability metrics, reporting on risks, actions, and closure status
• Engaging with customers through reports, presentations, and on-site technical meetings
• Supporting design and NPI activities with reliability data and service experience feedback
Requirements
• Experience working within a similar role (Mechanical Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer etc)
• Proven background in root cause analysis, 8D methodology, FMEA, and continuous improvement
• Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and data-driven failure analysis
