Job Overview
This role leads the Quality Assurance team, overseeing compliance with internal frameworks and external regulations. You will manage curriculum reviews, programme approvals, and the transition to new systems while advising colleagues, shaping processes, and enhancing the student experience. Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and change management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Quality Assurance team and manage high-performing staff

• Oversee curriculum reviews, programme approvals, and annual quality cycles

• Implement new systems and processes, including CourseLoop

• Advise academic and professional colleagues on QA matters

• Represent the faculty at key committees and working groups

• Proactively identify and mitigate risks to quality and compliance

Requirements

• Extensive higher education administration experience, with QA focus

• Proven leadership and experience managing high-performing teams

• Strong project management and change implementation skills

• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management abilities

• Knowledge of higher education policies and regulatory frameworks

• Ability to analyse data, maintain records, and report effectively
