The High Calibre of Candidates required will drive a “Short Term Rental” business model that is not just lucrative for the Owner/Landlord but is a 1st to Market and a Compelling Proposition. Compelling Proposition also offers successful candidates Commission remuneration that not only exceeds the market rate but is also recurring for the life of the rental agreement. Commission is Paid every month of the Agreement – Not a 1 Off! Forest Real Estate LLC offers an employment contract, work visa, and RERA license application also office space, landline, and computer, and the opportunity to travel to conduct qualified face to face meetings with international investors and landlords. This is your chance. You will also be responsible for developing long-term relationships with local and international customers and overseeing sales. As a Senior Property Consultant (Short Term Rental), you should work to satisfy customers’ needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner, and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service oriented. You should be able to grow our business by building successful, long-term client relationships. Responsibilities: Generate new business using existing and potential customer networksManage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term successDevelop positive relationships with clientsAct as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needsResolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely mannerSupervise account representatives to ensure sales increaseReport on the status of accounts and transactionsSet and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectivesMonitor sales metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth Requirements: Proven work experience in the Real Estate Industry ideally Rental and or Secondary Consultant for at least 1 year or 3 years of sales experience in other industries.Hands-on experience in Real Estate and an ability to deliver an excellent customer service experience.Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)Understanding of sales performance metricsExcellent English-speaking communication and negotiation skillsAn ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries in a good and timely mannerBusiness acumen with a problem-solving attitudeBSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field would be a nice to haveHold a valid UAE or international driving licenseRERA Certification is an advantageEU, UK passport holders preferred since Forest conduct international roadshows whereby we fly agents from Dubai to international destinations to meet qualified investors looking to invest in Dubai Compensation Package: Commission Only, above the market rate, recurring (No Salary)Work VisaHealth InsuranceState-of-the-art office in Business Bay, The Opus Tower Excellent sales training provided by an experienced sales team We look forward to discussing your career opportunities here @Forest Real Estate LLC.
